Debbie Macedonia and Radhika Brinkopf

Debbie Macedonia is the Assistant Dean of Full-Time MBA and Masters Admissions at the Cox School of Business. In her career in higher education, Debbie has held various roles across marketing, student services, and admissions with the College of Charleston, Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, and SMU Cox. Debbie holds two B.A. degrees in Economics and International Studies, as well as an MBA from Virginia Tech.

Radhika Brinkopf leads the SMU Cox School of Business Working Professionals MBA Admissions team as its Assistant Dean. She joined SMU Cox School of Business after an extensive career in management consulting, marketing, and strategy at BCG, Frito-Lay (PepsiCo), and Canyon Ranch. She has a BA in Psychology from Rice University and received her MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
